Eliminate your company’s iconic practices

Cultural change requires eliminating practices that reinforce the old mindsets and behaviours your company is trying to shift.

If you want to change your organisational culture, you could rely on structural changes such as new lines of reporting; or leave it to HR and hope that with time, training and repetition the new slogans will become reality. But neither approach works.
